SOUNDBITE: (English) Pep Guardiola, Manchester City Manager:
(On the Champions League draw)
"A tough group, like all the groups, the Champions League today is the first step, sure there are the quarter-finals and the semi-finals, but now it's so complicated from the beginning of course. We face the best team in the world, the best team in the last 10-12 years and the way they play like Barcelona, but it is what it is and course we have to play good to go forward."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Pep Guardiola, Manchester City Manager:
(on being drawn against Barcelona)
"I cannot deny it's special for me. It's where I grew up, in Catalonia, and from 13, I played in the academy I was promoted to player and the trainer. I have spent most of my life there, I know the people there, I know the club, the media there, most of the players are still there, so the emotion is there."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Pep Guardiola, Manchester City Manager:
(On new goalkeeper Claudio Bravo)
"He is fit, but he is not going to play this weekend. He is a goalkeeper with a lot of experience in Spain and for the national team. He played for Real Sociedad and then two years for Barcelona, played for the national team. Helped his team-mates especially in Chile with his experience. He anticipates things in front of the box and in the build-up play he is quick, he is a good player for us."
