"You want the outfield players never mind the goalkeeper playing on a regular basis if you can because you can make a better judgment then. A player playing not so much is a difficult task to select on whether that time out of his club will affect him playing at the international stage. That's a big decision that you have to make, that I have to make for this first squad coming through. For me that's a judgment call when we all come together. When we pick the team on the Sunday against Slovakia (for first 2018 World Cup qualifier) I have to make that call then."
