Romanian team Steaua Bucharest look ahead to the first leg of their UEFA Champions League play-off against Manchester City on Tuesday (16th August).

Steaua Bucharest were training hard on Monday (15th August) ahead of the biggest match of their season so far.

The Romanians host Manchester City in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League qualifier.

Premier Leaguer heavyweights City start as strong favourites, however, Steaua will be confident having won four of their five games this season.

Tuesday's match will be Pep Guardiola's second competitive match in charge of City, and Steaua's boss Laurentiu Reghekampf had high praise for his opposite number.

"Even though we meet a very big team, even though we meet the greatest coach (Pep Guardiola, Manchester City Manager) in the world with incredible results, I think that for us it's an important chance to look good in both matches. I have absolutely no sort of problems, even more, I'm very confident that we'll be able to qualify for the group stage of the Champions League."

Steaua have lost just one of their last 16 Champions League qualification ties in Bucharest, meaning City could be in for a tricky night.
