"Got off to an awesome start, you know, two under through two holes and felt really confident. I had a lot of birdie opportunities that front nine and I was able to finish at three under which was, which was really good. And then going to the back nine you know I kind of wanted to get it back to even at the worst and kinda try to get it back under par to get away from the cut line but just a couple, a couple bad holes, couple bad putts and unfortunately sitting at three over now but I was looking at the sign on 18 and if it’s true then it looks like I’m playing the weekend so I hope it is and hopefully I have two more rounds of golf to redeem myself."

"(If I make the cut I want to) just climb up the leaderboard. You know I was just looking at the leaderboard and just a couple under par is in not too bad a position so I know the course is probably gonna get a little bit tougher, a little bit firmer, a little bit harder and depending on the wind’s up it could be a a very difficult golf course so, you know, (if I make the cut I will) just try and near past a couple of people if maybe they’re having some trouble and hopefully have two solid rounds."
