Winner Henrik Stenson reflected on a job well done as he won his second BMW International Open on Sunday (26th June) to secure his 10th European Tour title.

"It's great to win it again. It was 10 years ago that I won (the BMW International Open) last and I've been back to back second. I lost out here on this golf course in 2014 in a four or five man playoff. I was second last year in Munich so it feels quite sweet to get it now and make it this third year when I was up in contention, to manage to win it."

"Yes it just gives a nice confidence boost going into a busy summer with a lot of big tournaments coming up. So hopefully this will give me a push in the right direction. For sure, whenever you play well you going to move up on the rankings and I'm looking forward to the Ryder Cup, the Olympics and the Majors that we've got left so it's all good."
