Intro:
Reaction after Golden State beat Memphis 101-84 to level their series at 2-2.
Script:
SOUNDBITE: (English) Steve Kerr, Golden State Warriors Head Coach (On team responding to being down in series)
"The urgency and just the fact we have a good team, obviously we won a lot of games and our guys are talented and chances are sooner or later the shots are going to go in, but as I said, more importantly the competitive nature of these guys I thought shined through."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Dave Joerger, Memphis Grizzlies Head Coach
"They really stepped up, my hat is off to them. I thought we lost our composure early in the first half, especially in the first quarter. We needed to keep that closer in the first quarter. We had a chance there. I thought our offense really struggled tonight and it put out defense in a bad way. The turnovers that we had, inability to score the ball or just get the ball to spots on the floor where we'd want to get it was a big story for us."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors Guard
"Well we had to compete and be physical and play hard every possession. And when you put forth that effort and you see the results, it's a good feeling. Especially on the road in a must win situation for us. So I think we all are very proud of the way we played from start to finish."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Draymond Green, Golden State Warriors Forward
"Well I knew I had to come out and be aggressive on the offensive end first and foremost. You know, (be)cause that gives Steph ( Stephen Curry) and Klay (Thompson) a chance to get open, because they can't just sit off and help on those guys. I know, they're still going to do that but it loosens the defense up a little bit. And we knew we had to cone out and set the tone defensively."
