SOUNDBITE (English) Derrick Rose, Chicago Bulls guard:(Asked how it felt to hit the winning shot and whether he called glass - the winning shot went in off the glass)
"Like I said I don't mean to sound cocky but they're the shots that you want to take as a player that's in my position. I'm just thankful and grateful that my team mates gave me the ball. They believe in me down the stretch, they gave me the ball, kept encouraging me to play the way that I usually play. And no I did not call glass."
SOUNDBITE (English) LeBron James, Cleveland Cavaliers forward:
(Asked about Rose's winning basket)
"The guy took a tough shot, you tip your hat to him, he took a tough shot. We followed our coverages and he made it. But the game wasn't won or lost on that play. We had so many other opportunities to win, as well as they did. But they just made one more play than us, and we can learn from it. But we played as hard as we could tonight to try and get a win and that's all you can do, give yourself an opportunity down the stretch and we did that."
SOUNDBITE (English) Tom Thibodeau, Chicago Bulls coach:(Asked about Rose's game-winner)
"Well that's his greatness. There's not many like him. As a matter of fact there's probably not any like him that combine the speed, the quickness, the power. And, you know, he's shaking the rust off so the more he plays, the more comfortable he becomes, the better rhythm he has. They're a great team. I mean Derrick battled, I thought Jimmy (Butler) was terrific. The two of them, their backwork, they played great."
