SOUNDBITE: (English) Khairy Jamaluddin, Malaysian Minister for Youth and Sports (announcing the lifting of Lee's suspension):
"In this case I have been told and we all know now, he (Lee) has been given a suspension for a total of eight months from the time his urine sample was taken at the 2014 World Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark on 30th August 2014. This effectively means that his term of suspension ends at midnight on April 30th, 2015, which is this Thursday."
SOUNDBITE: (English) Lee Chong Wei, former world number one (on the upcoming end of his suspension):
"I waited six or seven months now. I can play in the Sudirman Cup and SEA Games, but also very happy I can go back on the court. I want to thank all the media and all my fans. I think all the way I didn't doubt that I would be out. And I think this time I know how to recover and life can be like that, up and down. Also I can learn for something, for these few months."
