Reaction after Monty Williams' New Orleans Pelicans lose 87-97 against Steve Kerr's Golden State Warriors in the NBA first-round playoff series.

SOUNDBITE (English): Monty Williams, New Orleans Pelicans head coach
"There were times where we tried to push it and we got a stop and we turned it over and they rammed it right back down our throat. And those were the possessions where you, you want to make sure if you have a lay-up, take it, if not, you got to slow it down. So we'll be better at that but I can't fault our guys tonight. They fought their tails off and gave us a chance to win. I think it was a two point game with four minutes to go. And we just fumbled a little bit down the stretch."
SOUNDBITE (English): Steve Kerr, Golden State Warriors head coach
"It was, it was fantastic. I mean the energy that we were able to expend and limit what they can do. I mean they're a handful, we know that. Between (Anthony) Davis, their three-point shooters and penetration from (Tyreke) Evans, you got to cover a lot of floor and try to contain (Anthony) Davis with other people because he's too good to guard one on one. So it's a lot to ask but we feel like that's the identity of our team, is our defence and our versatility at that end. And I thought Draymond (Green) was just fantastic, (Andrew) Bogut fantastic and the defence carried the day."
