Intro:
All eyes will be on Ruler of the World on Saturday as it starts as the hot favourite for the US$10 million Dubai World Cup.
A total of 16 horses will start the 2,000 metre Dubai World Cup on the synthetic Tapeta track at the Meydan Racecourse on Sunday.
Joao Moreira will ride Military Attack, rated second in the world behind American horse Game on Dude.
But the favourite's jockey Joseph O'Brien believes the race will be a huge test to his horse with the surface playing a key part.

SOUNDBITE: Joseph O'Brien (English) (on Ruler of the World):
"He seems to have matured, he has grown and like I say he is in pretty good form. His work has been pretty good at home and we are hoping for a good run. It's hard to know on the surface - it's a big question mark and you don't know until you get there and do it."
