The penultimate race of the World Cup slalom season was held in Åre, Sweden, on Saturday.
It's been said: 'Winning is a habit', and Olympic champion Mikaela Shiffrin followed up her Sochi success with a winning time of 1 minute, 50.66 seconds.
The 18-year-old's victory ensured she retained her World Cup title with one race to spare.
Coming in 0.60 seconds behind Shiffrin was Sweden's Maria Pietilä-Holmner who clocked a combined time of 1 minute, 51.26 seconds from her two runs.
The 27-year-old occupies fourth place in the overall World Cup standings.
In third spot was another Swede, 22-year-old Anna Swenn-Larsson, with 1 minute 52.16 seconds; the first podium finish of her career.
Shiffrin hails from Colorado but with a gold medal each from the Olympics and World Championships and two World Cup titles, she's been finding the mountains far from rocky so far.
