The queen's granddaughter Zara Phillips added to the family silverware on day four of the London Games, helping Team GB to a second-place finish behind Germany in Olympic equestrian eventing.
Phillips was delighted to please the home fans.
SOUNDBITE (English) Team GB equestrian eventing team member Zara Phillips:
"It's really incredible to even be a part of the Olympics, it's great that we managed to get a medal on home turf, obviously not the gold but we still managed to come away with a silver. It was a tough competition and it was right down to the wire the whole way. It was a long week".
Teammate William Fox-Pitt however says the silver medal has a bittersweet taste to it.
SOUNDBITE (English) Team GB equestrian eventing team member William Fox-Pitt:
"We've come to the Olympics not as favourites, we did dream that we could win the gold medal and we got very, very close, which is now quite frustrating but silver medal was a fantastic achievement. We could have come away with nothing, we went in today in the show-jumping phase with very few penalties between the teams, I think only two or three penalties and we could have been no medal at all. We've had a very good day and it could have been a tiny bit better, but I think realistically the silver is a fantastic achievement".
The medal is Britain's fourth of the games, with two silvers and a pair of bronzes putting Team GB 21st in the medal table.
