Dutch striker Alessio Da Cruz could make his Sheffield Wednesday debut against Millwall at Hillsborough.
Owls boss Garry Monk signed Da Cruz on loan from Parma in midweek and may make changes after their defeat at Wigan.
Steven Fletcher remains out with a knee injury, while midfielder Massimo Luongo is also laid low by a groin strain.
Kieran Lee could return, but Sam Hutchinson and Liam Palmer are doubtful after missing the trip to Wigan on Tuesday.
Mason Bennett could go straight into the Millwall line-up as they bid to bounce back from their midweek defeat at Leeds.
The striker met up with his new team-mates on Thursday after joining for the rest of the season on loan from Derby.
The Lions are also boosted by the return of Shaun Williams from suspension, while Ryan Leonard is back in training following a knee injury.
Boss Gary Rowett does not expect any new injury issues to arise following the defeat at Elland Road.
