Rowett set to rest players for cup clash with Blades

Millwall manager Gary Rowett has said he will make changes against Sheffield United in the FA Cup.
With a big game away at Leeds to come on Tuesday night, Rowett plans to rest some players to help the Lions maintain their promotion challenge in the Sky Bet Championship.
The likes of Alex Pearce, Connor Mahoney, Jiri Skalak, Jon Dadi Bodvarsson and Aiden O’Brien will come into Rowett’s thinking, while teenager Billy Mitchell might also get another opportunity after starting in the previous round against Newport.
Shaun Williams remains suspended and former Blade Ryan Leonard (knee) will not be fit in time to face his old club.
Blades boss Chris Wilder made 11 changes in the third round against AFC Fylde but insists that will not be the case at The Den.
Wilder needs to assess some “tight bodies and knocks” in his squad following the Premier League defeat to Manchester City in midweek.
One of the players being monitored is striker David McGoldrick, who has missed the last two matches with a foot problem.
Simon Moore is fit again after a muscle injury and Wilder will choose between him and Michael Verrips to replace first-choice goalkeeper Dean Henderson.
