Annan Athletic climbed into the Ladbrokes League Two play-off places with an entertaining 5-2 win over Brechin as both sides finished with 10 men.
Ross Crawford headed Brechin ahead after two minutes but it only took the hosts four minutes to level through Nathan Flanagan.
Scott McLean put Annan ahead before Crawford’s second levelled again only to see a McLean penalty put Athletic 3-2 up.
The visitors saw Chris McLaughlin dismissed for dissent in the 32nd minute and the hosts took advantage of the extra man to pull further clear through a Scott Reekie own goal and a Lewis McLear strike. Annan then saw Matty Douglas sent off late on for a professional foul.
