Before arriving on Love Island as one of the Casa Amor bombshells, Chimonides dated England left-back Chilwell, 22.

Their romance ended in 2018 and the brunette beauty was soon plucked from obscurity to become a reality TV star.

But, as we reported, Ben was said to be "furious" with Chimonides, 22, for entertaining the idea of going on Love Island.

"Ben has been left furious by her going on the show even though he dumped her at the end of last summer because he wanted to be single," a source revealed.

"They had stayed good friends until when she told him she was going on Love Island.

"She thought Ben was partying too much and he thought she was the right person at the wrong time."

The blonde beauty must have a thing for sportsman.

Molly-Mae, 20, now dates Tyson Fury's younger brother, Tommy.

The pair met on Love Island this year, and have been inseparable ever since.

But, before she coupled up with the boxer, Molly-Mae was seen on the arm of Leicester playmaker Maddison after they messaged each other on Instagram.

And she doesn't really have a kind word to say about dating footballers.

"A few footballers have slid into my DMs," she revealed.

"I’ve dated footballers, it’s all just superficial and on the surface.

Molly-Mae even called out one cheap Premier League star.

"One time I got asked to go to this guy’s house and he said he’d pay me the money back for my taxi there," she said.

"He was a footballer and he lived a long way away from me. When I left I told him to just transfer me a quarter of the cost, trying to be polite and he fully did!

"Even though he asked me to go and he was a Premier League footballer who could totally afford the whole cost!"

The Wag, currently embroiled in a public spat with Coleen Rooney, was the third contestant voted out, meaning she finished ninth in the series.

But that wasn't before she was accused of bullying fellow camp mate Iain Lee, showed off her bikini bod, and ate (rather revoltingly) bull's penis alongside eventual series winner Georgia Toffolo.

When presented with the dish she even told Toffolo: "Oh that is easy, you’ve had worse than that in your mouth because I definitely know I have."
