ARSENAL last night made a record £25million bid for Kieran Tierney.
Gunners boss Unai Emery increased his offer for the Celtic left-back and is confident of sealing the BIGGEST transfer in Scottish football.

Arsenal had a £15m deal rejected three weeks ago.
Insiders at Parkhead say it is “inevitable” Tierney, 22, will make the move after four stunning seasons since his senior breakthrough.
A Celtic source said: “Kieran loves Celtic but his heart is set on a move to the Premier League.
"We all know he wants to further his career and offers like this do not come along often, so it looks inevitable.”
The Hoops will weigh up whether to accept the bid and break the Scottish record of £19.7m Lyon paid them for Moussa Dembele last summer.
Celtic secured the signing of left-back Boli Bolingoli-Mbombo from Rapid Vienna earlier in the month.
The defender penned a four-year deal coming in as a replacement for Tierney.
