MANCHESTER CITY'S title-winning players were given a stick of Brighton Rock after their victory on the south coast.
But many of the players looked bemused when given the special memento and were shocked when told it was to be eaten.
Leroy Sane studied what he was given, but still appeared confused
Pep Guardiola's troops made it back-to-back Premier League titles when they beat the Seagulls 4-1 in their own back yard.
Goals from Sergio Aguero, Aymeric Laporte, Riyad Mahrez and Ilkay Gundogan sealed the deal for the Blues.
It meant City finished a single point above Liverpool on 97 to secure the silverware.
As the celebrations continued in the changing rooms, a box of goodies was handed out - much to the players bemusement.
The likes of Leroy Sane, Gabriel Jesus and Aguero weren't sure what to do with their stick of rock.
But youth product Phil Foden knew exactly what he was getting when handed his special prize.
Another player seemingly pleased with his candy was rookie defender Oleksandr Zinchenko, who also finished the season with some impressive stats.
The 22-year-old, who joined the club in 2016, has won all 22 of the league games that he has played for Pep Guardiola's side.
Zinchenko is the only player in the league to have a 100 per cent winning record in more than five games.
The 22-cap Ukraine international joined the Premier League giants from Ufa for just £1.7million in 2016.
He arrived at the Etihad primarily as an attacking midfielder, but he has been deployed as a left back in recent months.
Zinchenko proved his potential when he was called in to provide cover for injured Benjamin Mendy and Fabian Delph.
He has made 14 starts for Guardiola's side this season - who retained their title with 32 wins from 38 games.
