LIVERPOOL owner John W Henry has slashed a massive ï¿¡7.5million off the asking price of his luxury Florida estate after failing to sell it.
The businessman and investor, 69, put the mansion on the market at the end of last year for a whopping ï¿¡20m but will now settle for around ï¿¡12m after no buyers came forward.

The billionaire, who also owns a string of US sports teams including the Boston Red Sox, bought the 6.3-acre plot in 1991 and had the custom-built property finished four years later for approximately ï¿¡450,000.
Estate agent Senada Adzem explained: "We looked at everything that’s currently pending, available and what the competition is.
"We decided that we want to be priced very competitively because there is a relatively high supply of trophy properties on the South Florida market now."
The palatial pad - spread across 27,000 square feet, boasts features including seven bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, a home cinema with a concession stand, a sports bar and a gym.
A recording studio overlooks the lake while in the guest wing there’s space for hosting and entertaining in the form of a kitchenette, a playroom and a living room.
Outside, there’s a swimming pool with cabana seating, an outdoor kitchen with a wood-fire pizza oven and a clay tennis court.

Potential buyers may also like the underground wine cellar that is ready to stock 1,000 bottles - just enough for party guests.
Should Henry, who is married to 39-year-old film producer Linda Pizzuti Henry, manage to flog the estate, he will make a huge profit.
And it will most certainly represent one of his best deals to date - up there with flogging Christian Benteke to Crystal Palace for ï¿¡32m.
Henry enjoyed a stellar 2018, with Liverpool reaching the Champions League final, while his beloved baseball side Boston Red Sox clinched the World Series.
But he is desperate for the Reds to finally win the Premier League for the very first time.
They are currently top of the league, two points clear of Manchester City with just seven games remaining, although Pep Guardiola's side do have a game in hand.
The international break came at the wrong time for Jurgen Klopp and his men.
After three wins in a week - against Burnley, Bayern Munich and Fulham - they do not play again until March 31 when they host Tottenham at Anfield.
Win and it will continue to keep the pressure on Manchester City but Spurs will be desperate to throw a spanner in the works.
