The stunning Bolivian model was careful not to display their bundle of joy the six days ago – keeping him well-hidden in a baby swing.
And it was much the same today as she carefully laid a blanket over his pram on arrival at the Theatre of Dreams to watch her partner take on Southampton.

The French star has still been unable to find the net in front of his kid
Pogba's first child was born in January after it mistakenly revealed by Manchester United legend Bryan Robson, who congratulated the new dad even before he confirmed the news.

Brazilian Andreas Pereira produced a spectacular strike of his own to draw level moments after the restart.
And the goalscorer then turned provider for Romelu Lukaku to bend a low shot past the goalkeeper.
But the Saints refused to die – and James Ward-Prowse equalised for the relegation strugglers with just 15 minutes remaining.
Luckily Lukaku was on hand to snatch it at the death and earn a dramatic 3-2 triumph.
And it could have got even better it stoppage time when Marcus Rashford was brought down in the area - but Pogba's effort from 12 yards was saved by Angus Gunn in the Southampton goal.
That victory means it is ten Prem wins out 12 for Solskjaer since he replaced Jose Mourinho in December.
