HALLS cough sweets, an electric toothbrush, a water balloon and roll-on deodorant.
Four innocuous household items - unless you are Vera Ribeiro, wife of Wolves goalkeeper Rui Patricio.
Rui Patricio's wife Vera Ribeiro is a psychologist and sexologist
Her top 10 sex tips include using an electric toothbrush, Halls cough sweets and a water balloon
That's because because Vera is a psychologist and sexologist who has appeared on Portuguese TV to help couples spice up their bedrooms.
Last year she released a book titled 'The Manual of Seduction' and her top tips for a raunchy romp include some pretty bizarre items.
Vera hit the headlines last summer when she advised the Portugal squad to masturbate at the World Cup.
Several teams, including Joachim Low's Germany, had been told to keep their hands to themselves in Russia.
But vera, who has a degree in psychology and a masters in sexology, told players that "nothing positive can come from abstinence."
The mother of two said: "The football player should not abstain from having sex before games, but we also know that in terms of routine they are not in contact with families either.
"We cannot associate sports performance with the occurrence of sex."
Vera has also taught sex education in Portuguese schools and has called on Portuguese society to be more open sexually.

But it's her top 10 tips, which were published in Portuguese magazine VIP last year, which have really caught the eye.
She suggests using Halls cough sweets for oral sex and an electric toothbrush OR even a water balloon for clitoral stimulation.
On the Halls trick, she said: "If you want to leave your partner surprised and excited, just put one in [when ready].
"The power of this sweet is immediate in your mouth and where [you will put your] tongue and lips."
Vera says "do not waste" your electric toothbrush and use it to stimulate the clitoris - before reminding readers to "use the back of the brush".
There are more 'traditional' suggestions, such as body painting, make a film together or eating food from a partner's naked body.
She also says dancing the tango can be very erotic.
Vera says: "Add red roses to the mix, very glamorous, dance in an intimate environment and never lose eye contact."
