TRANSFER NEWS live updates - All the latest rumours and gossip from Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal.

Man Utd double deal

Ashley Young and Matteo Darmian are both wanted by Inter Milan.

Young is out of contract in the summer while Darmian has struggled for first-team football so far this season.

The Mirror claim Inter initially bid for the Italian but were touted £15m by the Red Devils.

And now the Serie A side have made a contract offer to Young as his deal expires at the end of the campaign.

Inter are said to be hoping the lure of Champions League football could tempt the full-back to make the move away from Old Trafford.

Two Chelsea stars to leave

Cesc Fabregas and Davide Zappacosta are both set to leave Chelsea.

Following the arrival of Christian Pulisic, Maurizio Sarri is keen to get rid of the dead wood at Stamford Bridge.

And it’s claimed both Fabregas and Zappacosta could make way to free up space for new players.

Chelsea paid £58m for Borussia Dortmund star Pulisic on Tuesday.

Mesut Ozil update

Mesut Ozil will be at Arsenal next season, the midfielder’s agent Dr. Erkut Sogut has revealed.

“I would prefer not to speak publicly about Mesut’s situation, but given the recent speculation linking him with a move away from Arsenal, I do feel it is important to provide some clarity so we can end this and focus on football,” he told Goal.

“Mesut signed a new contract last January because he saw his future at Arsenal and nothing has changed in his mind.

"He wants to stay for the duration of that contract and maybe even longer. Mesut is 100 per cent committed to Arsenal football club.

“He loves the club, shares its values and does not want to be anywhere else. He is proud to wear the shirt and honoured to represent Arsenal on and off the pitch.

"He takes his responsibilities - including being selected as one of the captains this season - very seriously and has a great relationship with his team-mates, the staff and fans.”

Dominic Solanke to Palace update

Dominic Solanke’s proposed loan move away from Liverpool has reportedly fallen apart due to the youngster being too unfit.

The 21-year-old was expected to join Crystal Palace on a loan deal until the end of the season in a bid to get game time.

However, the Metro claim that the deal has fallen apart because he is not ready to play games yet.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Solanke would be unable to play any part in the festive period of games due to a muscle problem.

Pulisic to Chelsea revelation

Chelsea considered moves for both Nabil Fekir and Ousmane Dembele before they opted to sign Christian Pulisic, while Richarlison was also another surprise alternative, Goal claim.

The Blues have secured a £57.5million deal with Borussia Dortmund to sign Pulisic this month, though they will loan the American international back to the Bundesliga club until the end of the season.

And Goal say Fekir was scouted by Chelsea as they look to spruce up their attack, while Barcelona’s Dembele was viewed as another option.

The versatile Richarlison was another option and the Brazilian has been a key performer for Everton this season.

Christian Pulisic to Chelsea done

Christian Pulisic has joined Chelsea - but will return to Borussia Dortmund on loan until the summer.

“In summer I move on to Chelsea and to a new competition, the English Premier League,” the USA international said.

“It’s a privilege to have signed for such a legendary club and I look forward to working hard towards being a contributor to their team of world class players.’

Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia added: ‘We are delighted to have signed one of Europe’s most sought-after young players. Christian has shown his quality during a fantastic spell in Germany and at just 20, we believe he has the potential to become an important Chelsea player for many years to come.”

Fekir to Liverpool development

Nabil Fekir is the shortest price he's ever been to join Liverpool this month following Chelsea’s signing of Christian Pulisic.

Fekir nearly joined Liverpool in the summer only for the deal to fall through after they tried to restructure payments late on.

And Chelsea have been linked this season with Eden Hazard’s future uncertain.

But, following the announcement Pullisic will join Chelsea in the summer, bookmakers Betfair have priced Liverpool at 2/1 favourites to sign Fekir before the end of the January window.

A Betfair insider told Express Sport: “So straight from the traders’ mouths. Yes this is the shortest he has been. Price has continued to shorten from 5/1 over yesterday and today.”

Aaron Ramsey to Juventus

Juventus director Fabio Paratici has admitted the club are interested in signing Aaron Ramsey.

He said: "Yes, we are interested in Aaron Ramsey, he’s a great midfielder. But at the moment he’s an Arsenal player, we’ll see... “

Ramsey is out of contract in the summer and expected to move on for free then.

Arsenal are keen to sell him this month but are asking for £40m.
