Leeds defender Luke Ayling could return to action in Saturday’s home game against QPR.
Ayling has been out since having ankle surgery at the turn of the year, but is back in training and has not been ruled out.
Fellow defender Laurens De Bock (hamstring) is also back in contention, but midfielder Pablo Hernandez is expected to miss out as he is in Spain for the pending birth of his second child.
Gaetano Berardi is still suspended, while Vurnon Anita, Conor Shaughnessy and Stuart Dallas are all unavailable due to injury.
QPR boss Ian Holloway will include youngsters Giles Phillips and Charlie Owens in his squad.
Centre-half Phillips and midfielder Owens have yet to make their first-team debuts for the Hoops.
Australia midfielder Massimo Luongo has not been in contention for the last two games of the season as he prepares for the World Cup.
Goalkeeper Matt Ingram is hoping to return to the squad after missing last week’s home win against Birmingham due to the effects of concussion.
