Manchester United eked out a big win on Saturday as they made two points on at least three rivals this weekend.
In years gone passed, certainly since Sir Alex Ferguson left the club, they may well have drawn or even lost against Brighton today.
Jose Mourinho's side just about won against Brighton, thanks to a second half deflected strike by Ashley Young, that has officially gone down as a Lewis Dunk own goal.
Manchester United struggled for fluency, even with Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial starting the game.
Whilst after the game, Jose Mourinho hailed Brighton for their stubborn display.
Ashley Young jokes about his goal v Brighton
After the win over Brighton, Ashley Young posted a Tweet where he called for the Premier League to award him the goal.
Initially, the Premier League had given the goal to Young, but on review, it went to Dunk.
Young's Tweet was amusingly followed up by Anthony Martial, who joked that the shot from Young was "perfect".
