Monaco's transfer business is showing no signs of slowing down as they've completed their fourth signing of the summer after confirming the arrival of Soualiho Meite.
The 23-year-old defensive midfielder becomes the reigning Ligue 1 champions' third new signing in the space of 24 hours as Jordy Gaspar joined on a free transfer from Lyon on Friday and was followed through the door shortly after by goalkeeper Diego Benaglio.
Meite arrives from fellow French outfit Lille but spent the season just gone in Belgium as he enjoyed a loan spell with Zulte Waregem where he would go onto make 46 appearances across all competitions, scoring twice and weighing in with the same number of assists.
Monaco began their transfer activity with the signing of Belgian wonderkid Youri Tielemans from Anderlecht just days after the Ligue 1 season ended and it appears manager Leonardo Jardim is keen to bolster his squad ahead of their title defence.
However, following Bernardo Silva's departure to Manchester City, speculation over some of the club's prized assets remain as the likes of Benjamin Mendy, Kylian Mbappe and Tiemoue Bakayoko continue to be linked with moves away this summer.
