According to the tabloid, Liverpool are ready to make a £10m bid for Norwich's Nathan Redmond.

They believe Redmond, 20, could make a similar impact to Raheem Sterling with his pace and skill.

According to reports, Redmond is on £18k-a-week in wages at Carrow Road, which makes him rather cheap by top Premier League salary comparisons.

Of course, many Reds supporters may raise an eyebrow at this rumour, as arguably if the club needs new recruits than defenders rather than wingers are more in demand.
