Maidstone vs Stevenage preview - Boro to check on Marriott fitness
Posted Thursday, November 20, 2014 by PA
Maidstone striker Jay May is available to face Stevenage in their FA Cup replay.
May was sent off in the FA Trophy defeat against AFC Sudbury at the weekend but his three-match suspension will not start until the end of the month, although United have also appealed against the decision.
Boss Jay Saunders could therefore start with the side which battled to a goalless draw at Broadhall Way in the original tie last Sunday.
Stevenage manager Graham Westley will assess the fitness of Adam Marriott.
Marriott made his first appearance since September as a substitute in the 5-1 win over Cheltenham on Saturday following a hamstring injury.
Fellow striker Calvin Zola is the only injury absentee and due back in training soon after an ankle problem.
Charlie Adams is available after extending his loan spell from Brentford for a further month but fellow winger Josh Clarke has returned to Griffin Park after his initial one-month loan finished.
The winners of the tie will travel to Wrexham in round two.
