Bernd Schuster was the special guest on the premiere episode of the new television programme 'Tiki-Taka'. The current Málaga manager spoke frankly about Casillas' situation: "Iker went out due to injury, not for playing badly or letting in goals. After an injury, I think a player has the right to come back."
The German defended the captain: "I think that Iker is the Real Madrid keeper and should be in there. I would understand if he wanted to leave in December. It's hard for me to imagine Iker playing for any other team than Real Madrid."
He believes that Ancelotti should straighten things out: "Iker is not just any player. If there is a problem, it can't be allowed to drag on. They need to find a solution."
The former Real Madrid manager also remarked on Tottenham's Welsh star: "I like Gareth Bale, but at a cheaper price. I wouldn't want Bale to come for that much money. It would be a mistake for the future and the quest for reasonable prices."
He went on to say: "Bale is not on a par with Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi."
