Kirchhoff impressed by meticulous Guardiola

Bayern Munich defender Jan Kirchhoff revealed that he has been impressed by the preparatory work done by Pep Guardiola in the latter's first couple of months in charge.
Kirchhoff, 22, moved to Bayern from Mainz over the summer and is one of three new faces at the Allianz Arena.
He came on a substitute in the DFB-Pokal match against Rehden as well as the side's Bundesliga season-opening 3-1 win over Borussia Monchengladbach last week.
Although he has only been at the club for a short while since signing in July, he has seen enough of the ex-Barcelona coach's determination to succeed during recent team meetings.
"He is very well prepared and always knows what to convey to us in meetings well before they take place," Kirchhoff told SPOX.
"He speaks very fluent German and if he ever escapes into English he will say words that are very easy to understand. He is very personable and he will always be very understanding if we don't understand what he says.
Khirchoff is also keen to play in midfield and is enthralled by the prospect of taking to the field alongside established names such as Bastian Schweinsteigger, Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben.
"I look forward to every minute I spend playing with midfielders of such quality," he continued.
"I enjoy playing in midfield and if the coach wants to use me in that role I would be more than happy playing there. He has shown that he trusts me in the holding position in front of the defence and that pleases me.
"You can always dream about what playing for a club like Bayern is like, but it's only when it actually happens that you realise how beautiful a club it is."
Bayern are next in action against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga on Saturday.
