MAROUANE FELLAINI fears his dream move to Arsenal could be scuppered by Gunners’ reluctance to splash the cash.
Arsene Wenger is keen to sign the Everton star this summer.
And the 25-year-old Belgian midfielder has set his heart on moving to London.
Arsenal publicly insist that they plan to be spending big this summer.
But the club have dragged their heels over a £23million release clause that would trigger the deal.
New Everton boss Roberto Martinez wants Fellaini to stay and is also planning to talk to Phil Neville about a coaching role.
Former England defender Neville, 36, retired as a player after eight years at Goodison.
Martinez said: “Phil Neville is an Everton icon and he can bring a lot into his time as a coach.”
