Stephan El Shaarawy has described his maiden season at AC Milan as a success after admitting that he did not expect to see much playing time in the 2011-12 campaign.
The 19-year-old attacker joined the Rossoneri from Genoa in the summer of 2011 and quickly became a first-team regular under Massimiliano Allegri, and he is now looking to build in the future.
