Patricia Rodriguez is 'broke' has been living as a squatter for three years despite being the sister-in-law to multi-millionaire Cristiano Ronaldo.

During a wide-ranging chat where she did not only admit her living situation in squalor, she also went on to talk about her financial situation in general. Patricia also revealed how her sister Georgina Rodriguez, Ronaldo's wife, has not even tried to help out.

"I am broke and my sister does not help me," Patricia told TV show Socialite. "What hurts me most are my children, not me. After all, with a piece of bread I can eat, but my children, who are her nephews...

"Sometimes I have enough to eat, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I have enough to pay the rent, sometimes I don't. As a sister I don't expect all this."

Tensions have been mounting between the sisters since the death of their father but Patricia sent a desperate plea to Georgina. "Georgina, I need help, you are my sister," she added.

"I know she has no obligation and responsibility, but, since she is supportive and so good to others, at least she should be with her nephews and nieces. If you don't want to be with me, be with your nephews."

Ronaldo has only recently come under fire for an explosive interview he gave to Piers Morgan over his situation at Manchester United.

A day after a last-gasp win against Fulham where the 37-year-old was not even in the squad, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner had something clearly to get off his chest.

During the chat on TalkTV, Ronaldo explained how he had no respect for Erik ten Hag and was furious with the club for preventing him from leaving in the summer. There were also jibes at Wayne Rooney, who had criticised the Portugal international's actions this season.
