7M Exclusive - Chelsea bid for Arsen Zacharjan

Chelsea have submitted a €15 million offer for Dynamo Moscow midfielder Arsen Zacharjan and the player's agent Pavel Andreev has confirmed to RB SPORT that "it's true, the agreement is close."
Reports claim that Chelsea have invested almost £40 million in youngsters Chukwuemeka (born 2003), Cassady (born 2003), Hutchinson (born 2003) and Slonina (born 2004).
According to Italian transfer report, Chelsea are starting to prepare for the future of their team building with their eye on Dynamo Moscow's 19-year-old midfielder Arsen Zacharjan. Zacharjan, a Dynamo Moscow youth player, has appeared in 52 games for Dynamo Moscow's first team so far, scoring 13 goals and handing out 16 assists.
