David Beckham and family harassed; woman claims to be mother of daughter Harper Seven

What a story starring former footballer and businessman David Beckham, who along with his family are being harassed by a woman who claims to be the biological mother of his daughter, Harper Seven, and accuses the Manchester United legend of having stolen her eggs.

Beckham and his family feel "threatened"

Because of this incident, Beckham feels "threatened" and "frightened for the safety of his family" as the woman has shown up on more than one occasion at his daughter's school to try to talk to her and has sent letters to the ex-footballer's family homes, according to BBC.

In addition, Sharon Bell, 58, attempted to break into Beckham's homes in London and Oxfordshire on July 9 and Sept. 9, 2021, respectively, in the "delusional belief" that she was in a relationship with Beckham, and that he and his wife, Victoria Beckham, stole her eggs.

Beckham's problem has now reached the courts

At a hearing before Westminster Magistrates' Court, Bell pleaded not guilty to harassment and faces trial in July.

"(Bell) has effectively a delusional belief that she was in a relationship with David Beckham, that he stole her eggs and that Harper Beckham is her legitimate child and that is why we believe that she turned up at Harper Beckham's school on 18 November 2021," Prosecutor Arizuna Asante said.

"(David Beckham) felt frightened for the safety of his family, and he believed this behavior was targeted and intimidating... he says he does not know the defendant and she is not the mother of his children," she added.

Although Bell is not fit to stand trial, according to her lawyer Lisa Wilson, a request has been made for the Beckhams to be called as witnesses once they return to the UK from a vacation.

"The facts of the alleged stalking are not in dispute... It is accepted that Ms Bell sent a series of letters to Mr Beckham and that he attended his home addresses on two occasions and on 18 November he attended the school of a child to speak to that child... None of that was witnessed directly by David Beckham," District Judge Michael Snow said.

"The only evidence that Victoria Beckham can give is that she felt threatened [and] frightened for the safety of her family because of behaviours of Ms Bell.

It is a "bizarre assertion that [Bell's] eggs were stolen and that the child is her child. Anyone even vaguely biologically familiar can see at the outset that that is clearly a delusional assertion," the judge added.
