Such issues have lingered since, with the 35-year-old having already pocketed around £4million of his eyewatering PSG salary without having kicked a ball.
But boss Mauricio Pochettino is set to be boosted by the return of his experienced defender, according to Le Parisien.
They claim that Ramos took part in training today, albeit with PSG's numbers heavily depleted by international call-ups.
Although most of Pochettino's stars are away, the likes of Mauro Icardi, Ander Herrera and Juan Bernat are believed to have taken part alongside Ramos.
The centre-half could be in line to make his debut before the end of this month.
PSG host Nantes on November 20, before a trip to Manchester City in the Champions League four days later.
Ramos' last appearance came in Real Madrid's semi-final defeat to Chelsea back in May.
There had been murmurings that his contract at Parc des Princes could even be TERMINATED.
But this notion was flat out denied by brother and agent Rene Ramos, who told El Mundo: "Sergio is not planning to retire or break his contract.
"There is no doubt about Sergio. It's a physical problem, he will play when he can."
Fuming sporting director Leonardo huffed: "We know Ramos has had an injury.
"The Spanish press are playing games, we all knew he had a problem. We know what's happening here."
