Marcus Rashford has reserved two Manchester United tickets for NHS workers as a gesture of goodwill for their work during the coronavirus crisis.
Josh Howes sent a tweet to the United striker explaining that he and his wife were never able to get tickets to see the Red Devils, and were working 13 hours a day in the battle against coronavirus.
Rashford replied with the promise of two tickets and branded those working in the NHS as the real heroes.
I miss football !!!! @MarcusRashford how’s the recovery going ??? Wishing you well man. Literally can’t wait to see you rip it up again!🤞🤞me and the wife can get some tickets for O.T and We can stop having to wear this nonsense for 13 hours a day! #NHSCovidHeroes #NHSworkers pic.twitter.com/UlTjdvHyzQ
