Football fans have been left fuming after the BBC announced that Match of the Day would be replaced by Mrs Brown’s Boys during the Premier League’s hiatus over the coming weeks due to coronavirus concerns.
Premier League action has been postponed until April 3 as Covid-19 cases continue to worsen in the UK.
That has rendered Gary Lineker and co.’s Match of the Day useless, and needing to be filled.
The Beeb have decided then to put sitcom Mrs. Brown's Boy on it’s place as Brendan O'Carroll clowns around in his drag persona.
However, the decision has left diehard MOTD fans furious, with several taking to Twitter to shake their heads and their fists.

Broadcaster Simon Thomas wrote: “And just when you thought things couldn’t get any worse…”
“Rather watch paint dry than that s**t,” another added.
A hopeless third put: “Dear lord, it gets worse.”
“Why not show some classic MOTDs? Just a thought…,” a fourth suggested.
“Aren’t we suffering enough?,” a fifth asked.
Mrs Brown's Boys has divided opinion on the BBC for years
The Premier League released a comprehensive statement explaining their decision on Friday.
It read: “Following a meeting of Shareholders today, it was unanimously decided to suspend the Premier League with the intention of returning on 4 April, subject to medical advice and conditions at the time.
“Premier League Chief Executive Richard Masters said: "Above all, we wish Mikel Arteta and Callum Hudson-Odoi speedy recoveries, and everyone else affected by COVID-19.
“In this unprecedented situation, we are working closely with our clubs, Government, The FA and EFL and can reassure everyone the health and welfare of players, staff and supporters are our priority."
“Despite the challenges, it is the Premier League's aim to reschedule the displaced fixtures, including those played by Academy sides, when it is safe to do so.
“In this fast-moving environment, further updates will be provided when appropriate.”
