Cristiano Ronaldo Has Been Given A 99-Rated FIFA Team Of The Year Card

Cristiano Ronaldo did not make FIFA's Ultimate XI but the Juventus superstar has been voted as the 12th player to receive a Team of the Year card.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner scored a total of 39 goals in 50 games during 2019 and also lifted Serie A and the UEFA Nations League with Juventus and Portugal.
It wasn't enough to see him voted into the FIFA Team of the Year but EA Sports allowed gamers to pick another player to join the other XI in getting a special card and it was Ronaldo who got the nod.
The squad is complete ✅

CR7 has been given an insane 99-rated card which comes with 97 pace, 98 dribbling and 99 shooting as a result but a look in the comments tells you that the vast majority of fans aren't happy he was chosen ahead of Bayern Munich and Poland striker Robert Lewandowski.
How is Ronaldo 99?!

Ronaldo becomes the third player to be handed a 99-rated Team of the Year card this year, alongside Virgil van Dijk and Lionel Messi - the two men who finished higher than him in the 2019 Ballon d'Or rankings.
Liverpool's Andy Robertson, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson Becker and Sadio Mane join their colleague Van Dijk in the side, while Matthijs de Ligt, Frenkie De Jong, N'Golo Kante, Kevin De Bruyne and Kylian Mbappe all make the side and are available in packs until January 14.
