Liam Bridcutt available for Bolton’s key game against Southend

Bolton captain Liam Bridcutt is available for their crucial Sky Bet League One relegation clash with Southend.
Bridcutt made a successful comeback from his second fractured collarbone of the season in the 1-0 defeat at Peterborough and is set to continue in Wanderers’ defence.
The Nottingham Forest loanee was picked as part of a reshaped five-man defence against Posh and boss Keith Hill must decide whether to persevere with the formation.
Bolton have secured only point from their last three league matches and are rooted to the foot of the table.
Southend striker Tom Hopper is a doubt because of the ankle issue that forced him to miss the 2-2 draw with Rotherham.
Irish midfielder Stephen McLaughlin has also been carrying an ankle problem but that has now cleared up.
In a blow to Southend, who are one place and five points above Bolton, left-back Nathan Ralph requires surgery on a dislocated shoulder and could miss the rest of the season.
“Nathan Ralph will definitely be having an operation,” Shrimpers boss Sol Campbell said.
