Forest Green boss Mark Cooper has mixed injury news ahead of his side’s League Two clash with Mansfield.
Goalkeeper Lewis Thomas is fit despite being substituted midway through last week’s defeat at Exeter with a knock.
Defender Liam Shephard is also fit to return but Matt Mills is ruled out once again as he struggles to overcome a hamstring problem.
Dayle Grubb, Nathan McGinley, Kevin Dawson and George Williams are also still absent as Cooper’s side look to get their promotion push back on track.
Mansfield are without defender Ryan Sweeney who picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in Saturday’s 6-1 win over Oldham.
Full-back Hayden White is also suspended but the Stags’ defensive problems are eased by the return of central defender Matt Preston after completing his own suspension.
Striker Craig Davies is closing in on a first team return following an ankle injury but will not be risked for the trip to the New Lawn.
In addition, Mansfield boss John Dempster will give late fitness tests to midfielder Jacob Mellis and striker Danny Rose.
