FOOTIE ace Paul Pogba has bought a ï¿¡15,000 guard dog after being targeted by angry fans.
The Manchester United midfielder, 26, got the rottweiler from specialist firm Chaperone K9.
He stepped up security weeks after “Pogba Out” was sprayed outside the club’s training ground.
The French World Cup winner has had an uneasy relationship with United fans since his ï¿¡90 million move from Juventus in 2016.
And 17-year-old Youseff Makki was stabbed to death in March near the French World Cup winner’s Cheshire mansion.
Chaperone K9, based near Lutterworth, Leics, has also supplied dogs to teammates Marcus Rashford and Phil Jones.
Boss Richard Arnold said: "Footballers are obviously targeted individuals.
"They want something that when they go away will keep their family safe.
“They’re not aggressive animals in the slightest — until called upon.”
