Samir Carruthers could miss Mansfield trip

Mansfield boss John Dempster vowed to freshen up his side for the visit of Cambridge on Tuesday.
Willem Tomlinson could return after missing the defeat to Crawley through illness, while striker Andy Cook has a chance of being involved following his knee injury.
Wing-back Hayden White will sit out again but could return at the weekend, while striker Nicky Maynard has been ruled out for two to three weeks with a hamstring injury.
Goalkeeper Bobby Olejnik and forwards Craig Davies and Jordan Graham remain sidelined.
Samir Carruthers could well be left out for Cambridge.
The midfielder has only played three games this season following his return from injury and was forced off after only 50 minutes of Saturday’s match at Crewe having felt his hamstring.
Boss Colin Calderwood will err on the side of caution and may save Carruthers for the weekend as he considers rotating his squad.
Greg Taylor was only on the bench against Crewe because of a slight ankle problem and could return while the likes of Louis John, Andrew Dallas, Leon Davies and Jabo Ibehre are pushing for inclusion. Dan Jones and Gary Deegan remain sidelined.
