McNulty missing for Sunderland

Sunderland boss Jack Ross will again be without the services of Marc McNulty for the visit of AFC Wimbledon.
McNulty pulled up after 50 minutes with a hamstring injury in Saturday’s win over Portsmouth and missed the midweek victory at Rochdale.
The striker hopes to be available for the Sky Bet League One game against Peterborough on August 31 and will not be rushed back for the Carabao Cup tie at Burnley.
Duncan Watmore and Ethan Robson also remain sidelined through injury, while defender Glenn Loovens left the club on Thursday.
AFC Wimbledon boss Wally Downes will assess captain Will Nightingale before naming his squad for the trip to the Stadium of Light.
Nightingale has been building up his fitness as he returns from a knee injury and the defender played an active part in Thursday’s training session.
Although Nightingale has not played since the opening day of the season, Downes may be unwilling to risk one of his most influential players.
Midfielders Ossama Ashley and Anthony Wordsworth are the only players definitely not available to face the Black Cats.
