Transfer news is coming thick and fast as Barcelona and Real Madrid scrap for Neymar, while Alexis Sanchez makes a decision on his Manchester United future.
Arsenal must sign two players - Phillips
Arsenal must sign two players when the transfer window reopens in January, according to Kevin Phillips
"I’m talking about finishing in a Champions League spot where they haven’t been for quite a while now,” Phillips said on The Debate.
"I think so [top four would be a success] yeah, progression.
"If they can get to January they might add again.
"If what we’re hearing’s true there’s going to be money available.
"Go and get that defensive midfielder, go and get another powerhouse centre-half, really make yourself strong challengers.
"In terms of the title, I don’t see anyone challenging City or Liverpool for a bit."

Man Utd star makes decision
Alexis Sanchez has decided he is unwilling to take a pay cut in order to leave Manchester United for Inter Milan before the transfer deadline of September 2.
The Chile international is wanted by Antonio Conte over at the San Siro as Inter plot a route to Serie A title glory.
But ESPN say Sanchez is unwilling to budge on his current salary.
The 30-year-old pockets a huge £18million per year at Old Trafford but Inter are only prepared to pay £4.5m to take him on loan.

Real Madrid have Neymar belief
Catalan newspaper Sport say Real Madrid are convinced they will sign Neymar, with club president Florentino Perez calm about the situation.
Real have publicly downplayed their interest out of fear of being left humiliated should the Samba star move to Barcelona instead.
But Perez is reportedly hellbent on signing him having given up on Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
The report says Real are patient and feel that their offer for the PSG star will gazump anything that Barcelona can put on the negotiating table.
They feel that Barcelona are strapped for cash following the signings of Antoine Griezmann and Frenkie De Jong from Atletico Madrid and Ajax respectively.
And they believe Neymar will only end up making the move to Catalonia if he insists to PSG that Barcelona is where his future lies.
Real feel they're in the driving seat to land the 27-year-old but Barcelona want Neymar to go public with his desire to leave.

Real Madrid may stop Arsenal transfer
Real Madrid may choose not to sign Manchester United star Paul Pogba next summer if Dani Ceballos impresses during his Arsenal loan.
That's according to journalist Duncan Castles, who told the Transfer Window Podcast: “You have to factor in things like Dani Ceballos, who has already I think demonstrated his qualities in his first full game for Arsenal.
"Zidane did not want Ceballos in the squad in the sense that Ceballos was pushing for regular playing time and Zidane felt he couldn’t give him that.
"He was hoping to selling the player and Florentino Perez’s position was ‘we do not sell a player of this quality, I’ll allow him to go on loan for a season to a top club, to get him playing time, but there will be no option to buy in that deal, because I know how good the player is’.
"If Ceballos continues the way he has started at Arsenal and in the fashion that a lot of people expect him to perform at Arsenal, then he is obviously going to be a strong candidate to go back to Madrid in a year’s time and be a key player in their midfield next season.
"In which case you would have to ask the question if someone like Pogba is necessary or not.”
