Pogba claim

Paul Pogba is set on a transfer from Manchester United this summer with Real Madrid interested, according to his brother Mathias.

"Of course Florentino [Perez, Real president] can get him, nothing is impossible in life," Mathias told El Chiringuito.

"If you can’t stay and play where you are, you can stay and you’re done.

"I can’t assure you that he is going to stay at United. We know he wanted to move, but he’s not to blame. He’s waiting.

"He works hard and we’ll see what happens. In football you never know. Until September 2 everything can happen.

"My brother’s dream is to win the Champions League."

Liverpool decision

Liverpool have finally decided what to do with Dejan Lovren after lengthy negotiations with Roma.

The Italians have been looking to bring in the Croatian to replace Kostas Manolas, who joined Napoli.

Lovren recognises that he’s now the fourth choice centre-back at Liverpool, forcing him to contemplate his future at Anfield.

Now according to ESPN, the Reds have decided to end talks with Roma.

The Serie A side have failed to come up with the £15million valuation quoted by Liverpool for the World Cup finalist.

Neymar to Barcelona development

Neymar is willing to take a pay cut to force through a move back to Barcelona, Spanish football expert Guillem Balague claims.

The PSG star is intent on returning to the Nou Camp this summer, with Real Madrid also eyeing the Brazil international.

And Balague says Barcelona will do all they can to re-sign Neymar before the European transfer deadline.

"The player is happy to reduce his wages from 38 million euros net to 23 million euros net," Balague said.

"It is an interesting situation at Barcelona. They feel they have to try really hard to get him back.

"Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique and Luis Suarez want him back but also the president Josep Maria Bartomeu has two more years in his mandate and he wants to leave a big legacy. Can you imagine all those players that have been mentioned and Neymar as well?".

Man Utd exit

Paul Pogba is still desperate to leave Man Utd for Real Madrid.

Spanish newspaper Marca claim the France international is intent on leaving Old Trafford before the European transfer deadline.

United will demand around £140m for the midfielder this summer.

The Red Devils will not be able to land a replacement for Pogba due to the transfer window being shut.

Neymar swap deal rejected

Barcelona’s hopes of securing a stunning transfer deal which would bring Neymar back to the Camp Nou have hit a snag.

Barcelona are working on a package to persuade the Ligue 1 champions to let Neymar leave and it’s likely to include both cash and players as they look to stay in line with Financial Fair Play regulations.

According to L’Equipe, PSG sporting director Leonardo has haggled with Barcelona to get Ousmane Dembele included in a deal.

Yet the report states that the young winger has personally made it clear that he does not wish to join PSG this summer.

He is grateful for the interest but wants to prove his worth at Barcelona are failing to live up to his £135.5million price tag so far.
