Osborne thwarts Notts County

Elliot Osbourne denied Notts County their first National League win after securing Stockport a 1-1 draw at Meadow Lane.
County appeared to be bouncing back from Saturday’s loss to Eastleigh when Jim O’Brien smashed an effort into the bottom corner in the 36th minute.
Osborne was denied twice by Sam Slocombe before eventually getting the better of the Magpies goalkeeper after 71 minutes.
The midfielder slotted latched onto a fine pass from substitute Nyal Bell to slot beneath Slocombe, who then denied Sam Minihan late on.
