Victor Camarasa heading back to the Premier League
Crystal Palace are aiming to complete the signing of Victor Camarasa from Real Betis within the next 48 hours.
The Eagles will sign Camarasa, who spent last season with Cardiff, on a season-long loan.
But the deal would have an obligation to make the move permanent for around £13.7m next summer.
The 25-year-old midfielder made 32 appearances for the Bluebirds last term, scoring five goals.

Harry Maguire overpriced at £80m?
Manchester United have paid Leciester far too much for Harry Maguire according to former Arsenal midfielder Adrian Clarke.
And he believes United blundered by selling Jonny Evans, who partnered Maguire at Leicester last season.
"He is overpriced by around £25m at least, if not more than that," Clarke told talkSPORT.
"I see him as a good defender, but I certainly don't see him as a great defender.
"I'd even argue that Jonny Evans, the man Manchester United disposed of and the man he was partnering last year at Leicester, is a better defender than Harry Maguire."
Maguire was spotted arriving at Carrington for his medical this morning.

Moise Kean leaves Juventus for Everton
Everton have signed Juventus striker Moise Kean for a fee which could rise to £36m.
Kean, 19, penned a five-year deal today and becomes Everton's fifth signing of the transfer window.
He joins Andre Gomes, Jean-Philippe Gbamin, Fabian Delph and Jonas Lossl as Marco Silva's new arrivals.
"I am very proud and honoured to wear the Everton shirt. I will give my best to this team," said Kean.
"I was convinced to sign because Everton is a club looking to the future and so am I. I know about the size of the club.
"It has big ambition and I will work very hard to help us fulfil what we want to achieve.
"I am used to winning and I want to bring this winning attitude to the team."

Manchester City to raise Joao Cancelo bid
The Cityzens are preparing to increase their offer for Juventus star Joao Cancelo to £32m, while incorporating Danilo into the deal.
The Premier League champions have been chasing 25-year-old right-sided star all summer, while Juve have been trying to sign Danilo.
City have opted to increase their offer for Cancelo by £4.5m and are willing to throw Danilo in to entice the Turin side.
Juve are now willing to increase Danilo's salary offer to push the deal through, if they get Cancelo off the wage budget.
Mauro Icardi's career in danger of stagnating
Inter are prepared to let Mauro Icardi sit on the bench for the rest of his contract instead of selling him.
The striker has been linked with a move away from San Siro, with Manchester United previously named as a interested party.
But Icardi is in no rush to leave the Serie A side and they are prepared to take a hardline stance rather than sell him.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter are happy to let the Argentine striker 'rot' on the bench for another two years without getting a game.

Man Utd slap huge price tag on Paul Pogba
Manchester United have told Real Madrid they will have to pay £150m if they want to sign Paul Pogba this summer.
Real will also face shelling out another £104m in wages if they match the star's pay demands of £500,000-per-week.
Pogba did not travel to Cardiff for United's friendly with AC Milan yesterday as he looks to force an Old Trafford exit.
But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says the Red Devils have no plans to sell their record signing.
"Yeah, no doubts at all," the Norwegian replied when asked about Pogba's commitment to play for United.

Arsenal want to extend strikers' Emirates stay
Arsenal have reportedly offered one year contract extensions to strike duo Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.
Both attackers were tentatively linked with moves away from the club earlier this summer.
But in the wake of club-record signing Nicolas Pepe's arrival, boss Unai Emery wants to ensure Aubameyang and Lacazette are going nowhere.
An agreement would take the Gabon star's deal to 2022, while Lacazette would be contracted until 2023.
The Gunners face Barcelona later today with both attackers expected to be in action alongside Pepe.

Frank Lampard wants midfield pair shipped out
Chelsea are prepared to let Danny Drinkwater and Tiemoue Bakayoko leave this summer despite being currently banned from signing any replacements.
Blues boss Frank Lampard has watched the duo in pre-season and sees no place for either in his long term plans.
Instead, Lampard intends to put his faith in youngsters Mason Mount and the currently injured Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Mount, who was on loan under Lampard at Derby last year, has impressed during pre-season and is in line to start against Manchester United next week.
