Giroud happy at Chelsea amid contract talks

Olivier Giroud is happy to fight for his place at Chelsea.

It has been reported that the Blues will trigger Giroud's one-year extension clause.

And the Frenchman seems content to remain at Stamford Bridge.

"I feel very happy at the club," Giroud told the Daily Mail.. "Maybe I need a bit more game-time but I won't give up.

"That's my mentality. That's how I'm made. It's not sorted yet but we are talking about another year."
