Liverpool Supporter Calls For Fans To 'Line The Streets' For Manchester City's Next Home Game

While Liverpool are thinking about the Champions League semi-final with Barcelona tomorrow and then the clash with Rafa Benitez's Newcastle United on Saturday, one of their fans already has his eyes on Manchester City's visit of Leicester City on May 6.

Incredibly, one chap with the username 'aggerdid' went on the popular Red And White Kop forum to urge his fellow supporters in the North West to head down to the Etihad for the Monday night clash.

He wants them to "line the streets" and ensure that it's not a "normal game" for the reigning Premier League champions.

Liverpool fans are of course well-known for lining the streets at Anfield ahead of big games, memorably giving City's team bus a not-so-pleasant welcome ahead of the 3-0 Champions League quarter final victory last year.

When City travelled to Merseyside in October, it emerged, via he Daily Mail, that they had fixed 15 HD cameras to the outside of the bus in order to record fans - while they also took a different, unannounced route to the ground.
