Ciaran McKenna netted a late leveller to earn Falkirk a 1-1 draw at home to Dundee United in the Scottish Championship.
The 20-year-old headed home Ian McShane’s free-kick six minutes from time for his first senior goal which extended the Bairns’ unbeaten run to six games.
Cammy Smith, signed last month from St Mirren, had put United ahead four minutes into the second half from Jamie Robson’s cross, opening his account for the club.
Mark Connolly had gone close to giving the visitors a fifth-minute lead but his effort crashed against the bar, with Pavol Safranko firing the rebound over.
